Should I choose NMN or NR for NAD+ supplementation?

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a crucial coenzyme for cellular function, involved in various physiological processes such as energy metabolism, DNA repair, anti-inflammation, and anti-aging.
